Answer: What it takes to transform resistance into allowing is super simple: Slow down enough to allow for a single complete exhalation!
Exhaling…
… for this moment now,
Inhaling…
… I observe the breath’s return
Exhaling…
… out my nose; releasing, emptying again
Inhaling…
…what would it be like to be freer ?
Exhaling…
… I soften and begin to occupy more space
Inhaling…
… what am I holding on to?
Exhaling…
…this sadness that is here,
Inhaling…
… “hello, take a seat. I see you”, says kindness.
Exhaling…
…This fear that is here,
Inhaling…
… “lean onto me, even if just a little”, says trust.
Exhaling…
… discomfort releasing its grip
Inhaling…
… stories in my head, drop their heavy weight.

Do you pay frequent visits to nature, spend a minimal amount of time in front of a screen and take time to do restorative yoga? If this is you, you know that these lifestyle choices help you slow down!
If however you’re someone who’s tense while in traffic, gets very little sleep and worries about things beyond their control, you may be struggling during this Season ( the most depleting one of all ). So, please use this reminder to take that out breath, now…
Exhaling…
… thoughts are beginning to free themselves
Inhaling…
… I direct air into the back of my lungs
Exhaling…
… my spine begins to lengthen
Inhaling…
… I sit up; feeling taller, fuller, brighter; yet, lighter
Exhaling…
… I let go
Inhaling…
… this simple choice to be with my breath
Exhaling…
… it brings a smile
Inhaling…
… this moment now, breathing life in
I am here.:-)
Namaste,

Conscious Breathing……to Feel the life force as it enters through the tips of your nostrils and to let go as it exits. Such a beautiful sustaining practice. ❤️
…to let go as it exists…..yes. Namaste Terry!
Whenever I find myself tight physically or cranky these days or fearful I am turning more and more to my breath and finding it so helpful. For me practicing this regularly seems to be the answer. It also appears to help with deciding how to move forward if something needs to be done. Hugs!
Yes to regular practice Margaret! Thank you for reminding me to exhale yet again, although like never before!
The Breath is so powerful. To make a conscious practice to inhale and exhale seems so simple but sometimes a difficult task to grasp. To let things go or to exhale is so beneficial for our bodies and our minds especially when we are carrying a hardship. To breathe fresh new air in so we can feel refreshed and vitalized is so worth the practice of conscious breathing . Thanks Christianne for letting me be a part of this fullfilling practice ❣️
Thank you Jenny for sharing your experience. May we continue to go to the breath to feel refreshed!
An inspiring reminder to take the first exhale on the path to letting go of what is no longer needed, Thanks!

yes, how else will we make room for the New? Thank you Joy!
always with love & gratitude
